What it looks like
Tap a date to see who can make it.
RosterCal helps you schedule events when more people want a seat than you have room for. Rather than handing spots to whoever replies first, it spreads them around so everyone gets a turn over time.
You start by picking the dates you can run something, then you share a link. Participants open it, mark the dates they can make, and say whether they’re in or only free if you need them. As people sign up, RosterCal works out who has the strongest claim on each seat based on:
When you’re ready, RosterCal shows you a suggested roster. You can seat someone by hand, move people around, or leave a participant out. Nothing is locked until you say so. Once you finalize it, RosterCal remembers who participated and works that into the next event, so the people who keep getting bumped rise to the top.
